Guaranteed Admission Program Participation Form

The goal of the Guaranteed Admission Program is to create a seamless and successful transition for transfer students intending to complete their baccalaureate degree at University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.

General Guidelines

Students indicate their intention to participate in the program by filling out this form at least a semester before intending to transfer to UW-Whitewater. Guaranteed admission students are subject to the same admission and degree requirements, as well as the same academic policies governing all other UW-Whitewater students and other students at their current institutions.

Instructions

Step 1: Meet with your advisor at your current institution to verify eligibility to apply.

Step 2: Complete the application for admission to University of Wisconsin - Whitewater
one semester prior to transfer. Submit official transcripts from all colleges or universities, your final high school transcript or GED by the priority deadline. The priority deadline for the fall semester is July 1 and December 1 for the spring semester.
